Donations and thank-you gift packs

All of our games are free to play. If you choose to support the servers and preservation work, we send thank-you cash and units to your account in the game you pick.

1. Pick your game

Each game has its own accounts and its own cash. Choose the game you want to donate to: the gift goes only to that game, and your username is the one you have there. Cash from one game can't be used in the others.

2. Select a gift pack or custom amount

  1. Choose your contribution

    First the game, then one of its packs or any amount you like. Enter your username in that game exactly as it appears on your profile.

  2. Pay with PayPal

    PayPal handles the payment: we never see or store your card details. When you finish, you'll see a reference. Keep it.

  3. Open a ticket with the screenshot

    Take a screenshot of the payment from your PayPal account and attach it to a ticket inside the game, along with your in-game @username.

  4. Receive your gift

    We deliver it by hand to your account, in the game's gifts or inventory. If you don't see it, reload the game.

Is this a purchase?

No: it's a voluntary donation that helps pay for the servers and bring more games to the browser. The cash is our way of saying thank you. Social Empires and Social Wars are original Social Point games, Zombie Lane is an original Digital Chocolate game, Wild Ones Rebirth is an original Playdom game and Bola Social Soccer is an original Three Melons and Playdom game; these are browser editions.

Does the cash work in every game?

No. Each game has its own accounts, its own cash and its own packs. If you donate to Social Wars, the gift goes to your Social Wars account; you won't see it in Social Empires, and the other way around.

How long does it take to arrive?

We check each one by hand, and it usually arrives the same day.

I donated and it didn't arrive

Open a ticket inside the game and include your username, the PayPal reference you saw when you finished and the screenshot of the payment. That's all we need to find it.

Is it safe?

Yes. You pay inside PayPal. We only store the game, your username, the amount and the payment reference so we can deliver your cash.

Where do I report a problem?

With a ticket inside the game. We're not part of any other game, so reports only reach us through the tickets of our games.
