Social Empires
Build your village, train troops and defend it from the trolls. You play in your browser, and your village is saved to your account.
Missing the Facebook games from a few years back? Here you can play Social Empires, Social Wars, Empires & Allies, Zombie Lane and CityVille again: games that started on Facebook and now run in your browser, with no Flash, nothing to install and an account of your own.

These are the classic Facebook games available today on FB Games. Each one opens at its own address and has its own page with a guide and FAQ; the ones marked "In beta" may have bugs.

In the early 2010s, Facebook was the big platform for social games: villages, farms, cities and empires you played in the browser and moved forward with the help of friends, neighbors and allies.
They were free to play, with energy that refilled over time, quests, gifts between friends and optional purchases. Millions of people played titles like CityVille or Empires & Allies without ever leaving Facebook.
Many of those games were built on Flash, a technology browsers stopped supporting and whose support Adobe ended at the close of 2020. In some cases the original servers had already been shut down as well.
That is why it is so hard to find a Facebook game from that era that still works: without a server and without a compatible client, the game simply can't be opened any more.
FB Games brings these classics back as browser editions: you play with no Flash, no downloads and nothing to install, on a server of our own where your progress is saved.
You don't need Facebook: you create an account of your own inside each game and play on a computer or, depending on the game, on your phone too. Playing is free.
If you liked building a village and defending it, try Social Empires. If you prefer a military base with troops and tanks, go for Social Wars; if you want an island with an army and allies, Empires & Allies.
For farming and survival among zombies, Zombie Lane; for building a city, CityVille. Each page explains how the game works and what to expect.
Three steps and you're in.
From this home page. Each game opens at its own address, with its own start screen.
A quick sign-up inside the game. Your progress is saved on the server, not in your browser.
