What Wild Ones Latin is

Wild Ones Latin is a turn-based artillery game with pets. Each player controls an armed animal that walks, jumps, aims and fires in turns against the others, on maps whose terrain collapses with every explosion.

Matches hold up to six players per room, and there is a tutorial to get started, practice against bots of rising difficulty and a ladder to measure yourself against your neighbors.

Wild Ones started out as a Facebook game by Playdom. You don't need Facebook here: you play in the browser with an account of your own.

How to play

On your turn you choose when to walk or jump, aim with the mouse and hold the button to charge the power of the shot. The wind changes every turn and pushes the projectiles, and you only fire once per turn.

Weapons range from the mortar and the grenade to cluster bombs, drills, mines, lightning and air strikes. Leveling up unlocks weapons, pets and maps, and the crates that appear on the map give ammo, health or new weapons.

Seven maps and over a dozen pets

The maps are Critter Falls, Sink or Swim, Crash Landing, Creepy Crawly, Hot and Spicy, Lab Rats and Big Top: floating islands over a waterfall, a kitchen sink, moon rocks, an ant farm, a volcano, a laboratory and an amusement park.

Each pet has its own health, jump and power, and the shop has over 150 accessories to dress them up.

Wild Ones Latin without Flash

The original game needed Flash, a technology browsers stopped supporting. This edition runs directly in Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari: there is no Flash to install, no plugins and no program to download.

On PC and on mobile

Wild Ones Latin is played with the mouse: you walk, aim and charge the shot with it. That is why it plays best in the browser of a computer.

Our own server, in beta

Wild Ones Latin runs on a FB Games server of its own, with an account that is separate from the ones in the other games. An account is required and it saves your pet and your progress. The in-match interface is in English; the game site's home page and guide are in Spanish and English.

We are in beta and there is still work to do: parts of the game may be missing and errors may appear.
